Liliana Filipa talks about armed robbery: "A traumatic moment"

L iliana Filipa and Daniel Gregório are in the news this Wednesday, August 13, after it was made public that the couple, former participants of 'Secret Story', were the target of an armed robbery.

The digital content creator and businesswoman and her partner were approached by armed robbers during a family vacation in Vilamoura, Algarve, Jornal de Notícias initially reported.

Contacted by Fama ao Minuto , Liliana Filipa broke her silence about what happened in exclusive statements.

" We've traveled a lot and it was the most traumatic moment of our lives ," he confessed. "[It was] in our country, where we should feel safe. At the gates of a village with security and surveillance cameras," he continued, confessing to having experienced moments of terror that left scars.

The 30-year-old businesswoman also revealed in a statement to our website that the case is now being investigated by the Judiciary Police. Regarding the assets stolen by the robbers, Liliana explains that a valuable watch belonging to her partner, Daniel Gregório, was taken.

The couple's children, six-year-old Ariel and five-year-old Santi, were also present at the time of the robbery and are therefore deeply affected by what happened. " They are very distraught because they witnessed everything ," he lamented.

According to a video obtained by Jornal de Notícias, a motorcycle with two occupants stopped next to the car in which the couple and their children were traveling, on the driver's side. One of the assailants got off the motorcycle, pointing a gun at Daniel, who ended up handing over his watch.

The businesswoman got out of the car, but at the robbers' orders, she ended up getting back in. As soon as the robbery, which reportedly lasted 30 seconds, was over, the robbers fled. No one was injured, and no shots were fired, it is also reported.

After the incident, the GNR (National Republican Guard) was called to the scene to investigate the crime and conduct initial investigations. Since the robbers used a firearm, the Southern Directorate of the Southern Judicial Police was called in to investigate, the newspaper reports.
